A voluntary refund may be available for a paid package that has not been used. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A voluntary refund may apply only to the latest renewal and only when the quota from that renewed period has not been used at all. Earlier periods and a partially used latest period are not covered by this voluntary refund policy.
Eligible consumers in the European Union may have a 14-day withdrawal right. The exact effect of starting the service during that period depends on the required notice and consent. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
A paid package is considered used after a successful paid check deducts quota. A failed, technical or refunded check that does not retain the charge is not treated as use.
Not automatically. Any effect on the withdrawal right depends on the applicable law and the consent and information provided before early performance begins.
For eligible EU consumers, proportional compensation for service supplied during the withdrawal period may apply only when the user expressly requested early performance and received the required notice.
A refund of the latest eligible renewal also turns recurring billing off, preventing the next automatic charge.
The current price, currency and allowance are shown directly in each pricing card. Those values should be treated as the source of truth for the selected package.
